Job description

• Acting as a system architect in complex projects on system integration and software development.
• Technical evaluation of the composition and scope of the project.
• Development of concepts, technical requirements, specifications, technical designs and other technical / project documentation within the framework of the projects.
• Setting objectives, technical control of the performance of the engineering resources allocated to the project.
• Participation in the negotiations, advising customers (large telecommunications companies).
• Continuous interaction with the customers, coordination of technical papers, participation in acceptance testing of information systems.

Candidate requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Broad knowledge in network and telecommunication areas, information infrastructure of telecommunications companies, principles of OSS / BSS systems, systems management and monitoring.
• Experience as a chief project engineer / architect in a company-integrator or a large enterprise, participation in projects for telecom operators.
• Successful experience in the role of the architect at least one major integration project.
• Development of technical documents (TOR, technical design, etc.).
• Experience in preparing and conducting technical presentations.
• Technical advice to the customer's personnel.
• Knowledge of technologies and solutions based on system software, UNIX and Windows.
• Knowledge of technology solutions for the storage and processing and data-based DBMS Oracle.
• Knowledge of technologies, solutions and equipment in the field of networking and telecommunications (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, ZTE, Huawei, ECI, Iskratel).
• Knowledge of standards and techniques for constructing software and hardware systems, taking into account the high requirements for information security, reliability and performance.
• Knowledge of management systems and monitoring of telecommunications equipment.
• Knowledge of principles of business processes that provide services for the telecom operator (eTOM) and methodologies TAM (Telecom Application Map).
• Knowledge of information systems architecture.
• Knowledge of programming languages (C + +, Java, PL / SQL, etc) is a plus
